For you fans of Documentaries and Podcasts, iTunes recently released the inside look at the “Real World” of Hip Hop.  5 Sides of a Coin endeavors to disprove that Hip-Hop is merely “Rap music.”  It is a global phenomenon taking in Billions every year, supported by both Multi- Platinum artists, struggling dreamers and everything in between.  The 5 Sides of the coin are Writing,  breakin, DeeJaying,  Emceeing, Beatboxing.  Produced and directed by Paul Kell, it is a must see for Hip Hop fans and documentary fans alike. It has been seen in the US on Starz, in Canada on the CBC’s Documentary Channel and can be rented at Blockbuster.

Paul and I have been friends since he directed  season 2 of the top rated Cable show  Webdreams.  So when he told me this was recently released on iTunes I had to check it out. If you want to see it just go to the iTunes store and do a search for the obvious 5 Sides of a coin.  Well worth the time when you have to take a break from adult cinema and watch a mainstream film ;)

Cheers and Beers all,

Lance
